Ebooks
Straight after payment you'll see your download links, and the same links arrive by email. You get an EPUB (for Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books and most e-readers) and a PDF (for everything else, including Kindle via Send to Kindle). The links work for 30 days — download and keep the files for good.
Paperbacks
Each copy is printed when you order it, at a print partner close to your address — Australian orders are printed in Australia, and US, UK and European orders are printed in or near those regions. That means shorter journeys and no warehouse full of books.

Each extra printed book in the same order adds A$3.00. Printing takes about 3–5 business days before posting. You'll get a tracking email once it ships.
Import taxes
Some countries charge tax or duty on arrival. Where the checkout can collect it, it's shown before you pay; otherwise it's charged by your local post.
